Dave,
Can you give a little more clarification on what you want to be able to do
here. Do you want to be able to get to the headings or to have the headings
read out when you are moving along a row of data lower down in the spread
sheet?

Hi All,
Can anyone help please. I have a spreadsheet with a number of headings
which I would like to find a fast way of navigating to. I thought there
was a way of labelling them and simply select from a list. But I have
been unable to find any tutorial for this. Any advice would be much
appreciated.
