I think I've found out why different people have reported differing
experiences with BlakHole2; there are versions which don't seem
generally to be known about.
When I first got this Iyo I ran a version under Aemulor Pro with no
problem. Then someone, and I have no memory of who, sent me a 32-bit
version. I didn't mention this till now, as I wasn't sure how
"respectable" this version was. However, after a bit of furkling,
(thanks, RISC OS Links site!) I've discovered that this version is
freeware and freely available on
http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Studios/7251/software.html
and there's an even later version on
http://www.arcsite.de/hp/bracke/desktop1.html
