You need cals for each server.

So if you have 25 users and 3 physical windows servers, one of which has
exchange then you would need 75 Windows Cals, and 25 Exchange cals.

ISA is licensed per processor.

I have a question regarding CALs. Every place I have worked at already
have their CALs for their Windows products, but now I am pricing systems
out for a company who upgrading from a single network system to a
multiple network system.

If I have box for each software, ISA Server, Exchange, and AD do I need
to install Calls for each of them or since the users login to AD and
Exchange I just need to get Calls for both systems? Also do I need
Windows Server Calls for a Exchange box on top of the Exchange Calls?
