Thanks Thomas,

I offered that to him. He is going to do the RIGHT thing and upgrade to
Server.
BTW has anyone ever upgraded Pro to server ? Is it possible or will it just
install it as a second boot source. Not that I would recommend doing an
upgrade, just wondering :)

regards,

Mark

Hi Mark,

Found it!

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B122920

There's a workaround in there that will help your buddy squeeze more
useful connections with the workstation. This doesn't allow more than
ten connections, more of them will be truly active connections.

HTH,
Tom

Is a reg hack that bad ?
I don't mean to infer that I wanna break rules etc. !!!
Just trying to help a friend.
I will tell him to find the resources to install a server product.

Thanks,

Mark
