Hi Alex,
 
The ISA NLB configuration does the whole thing. You should never have to
configure NBL outside of the ISA firewall console.

        I don't have to setup a Windows NLB first do I?  I dont see the
option for unicast in ISA.  It just runs me through the wizard.
