Hi Tom:

I'm with you. But if I am using Single Nic template can I have 2 NIC's on the
box?

Alex

Hi Alex,

I'm out of the loop here. I don't deploy unihomed ISA firewalls, so I've never
setup NLB in this scenario. You should have at least two NICs, though, because
one needs to be used for intra-array communcations.

        Hi Tom:

I walked through the wizard and configured the address but I dont see
it on the NIC's on either server and if I ping I am getting an unreachable
response. Like I said before I am only using 1 NIC. I dont know if that makes
a difference or not.

        Thanks,

        Alex

        Hi Alex,

The ISA NLB configuration does the whole thing. You should never have
to configure NBL outside of the ISA firewall console.

                Hey Tom:

I don't have to setup a Windows NLB first do I? I dont see the
option for unicast in ISA. It just runs me through the wizard.
