Hi Fari,

Then install the CSS on the ISA firewall.

To install Configuration Storage server
At a command prompt, type:
Path\ISAAutorun.exe
where Path is the path to the Microsoft Internet Security and
Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004 installation files. The path may be the
root folder of the ISA Server CD or a shared folder on your network that
contains the ISA Server files.
On the Welcome screen, click Next.
On the License Agreement screen, click I accept the terms of the license
agreement, and then click Next.
On the Customer Information screen, fill in the information, and then
click Next.
On the Setup Scenarios screen, select Install Configuration Storage
server, and then click Next.
On the Component Selection screen, verify that the Configuration Storage
server feature will be installed on the local hard drive. Then, click
Next.
Select one of the following options:
Create a new ISA Server enterprise. If you select this option, perform
the following steps:
On the New Enterprise Warning page, read the message explaining why we
recommend that you do not create another enterprise in your
organization, and then click Next.
In Name, type a name for the new enterprise, and then click Next.
On the Enterprise Deployment Environment page, choose one or more of the
following:
I am deploying in a single domain or in domains with trust
relationships. Select this option if all the array members and the
Configuration Storage servers will be in the same domain or in trusted
domains.
I am deploying in a workgroup or in domains without trust relationships.
Select this option if all the array members and the Configuration
Storage servers will be in a workgroup or in untrusted domains.
Click Next.
Create a replica of the enterprise configuration. If you select this
option, click Next. Then, in Configuration Storage server, type the
fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of another Configuration Storage
server in the enterprise.
If the Configuration Storage server is running on an Active Directory
domain controller, specify a user account (and not the Network Service
account) on the Service Account page.
Click Install.
 Notes

To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Administrators
group.
Users that belong to the Administrators group on the Configuration
Storage server essentially have Enterprise Administrator permissions.
This is because they can directly modify any data on the Configuration
Storage server.
Do not connect this computer to the Internet until you complete the
installation process.
If you select to create a replica of the enterprise configuration, the
computer on which you are setting up the Configuration Storage server
must first belong to the Replicate Configuration Storage servers
computer set. You must be an array administrator or an enterprise
administrator to add this computer to that computer set. For
instructions, see Modify a computer set.
The user account that you specify on the Service Account page must have
permissions to log on as a service.
If you select to deploy in a workgroup (in step 7), you must specify a
server certificate (.pfx file). For instructions on creating a
certificate, see Create a server certificate.
Certificates typically have an expiration period, usually no more than
one year. ISA Server cannot use an expired certificate. Be sure to renew
your certificates before they expire, so that ISA Server can continue to
function.
For more information about installing the Configuration Storage server
on a domain controller, see Installing the Configuration Storage server
on a domain controller.
