Hi Martin!
you see for me, because of the context it is, the fact that it is shops the 
word Handicapped used here with their shops doesn't offend me.

but generally, I do agree that rights based charity ideas are the only way to 
go.

sorry if that was confusing! hope you know what I meant!

I think that we have to move away from the charity model, and then 
these kinds of words will become less relevant.
