hello friends

I wonder if you can help me?

I have recently been given as a present Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail but as
you can imagine as I used to work with Windows XP and Outlook Express I now
find myself on a steep learning curve. In addition, I now have Microsof Office
10.

Does anyone know where I can get either written or speech tutorials on any of
the above topics?

any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

With best wishes to you all.

David mcKerral
