Lack of foresight means that some of the frequently used
styles have to be sought way down the list.
Like my comment about losing space above for a chapter
title, it's not the end of the world.
You can export a DDF file and rearrange the order of the style
definitions at the top of the file -- they're simply presented in the
order you originally defined them. Although if your user-created
styles duplicate the names of the styles in the default document I'm not
quite sure what will happen when you re-import it into a blank
document....
