Hi All;
I have a 160GB external hard disk formatted as a fat filesystem. If i
connect it and use it in windows, i get a free space of 70GB,
However, if i connect it to linux (Suse 10.0) df -H shows a free
space of only 541MB. If i do du -sh on the mount point of the hard
disk, it shows only 90GB usage. I am not able to write any file of
size > 541MB. I even tried defragmenting the drive from windows to of
no use.
Has anyone faced this problem before ? Any pointers on how to solve
this issue would be of help
Thanks
K.Shyam
