Hi .
Which Internet connection do you use and from where?
i use bsnl broadband in chennai.
Yes. i know the speeds of net at rural places
as i came fro kanchipuram.
The dialup kills there.
But, if we start podcasting in tamil or easy english,
we can get them in CDs as u told.
Or even we can have videos, talks, interviews with
senior ilugc members.
we have enough knowledged people.
If the talks we give to colleges and public are recorded,
we can give those CDs to rural people.
They can also get in touch with linux.
