[Ilugc] anna univ affliated curriculum does not allow to do 5th sem proje in OpenSource, need help

Really i am very happy by seeing all of your support.

Today my Hod went to other college as external, so i can't talk with him.

But i talked with all of my staffs and explained about FOSS in a friendly
manner.

They said, they are willing to support to me , to do project in OpenSource.

So, we planned to talk with HOD tomorrow.

Hopefully,  he will not oppose us to do in RoR.

And i am willing to do all of my projects under GPL (FOSS) License .

If any problem will arise , surely i will get  support letter from NRC
FOSS..

I will  be update , what will happen tomorrow . . .
