I can manage creating (new) ilugc website. That's what I was trying to
explain about using CMS. After 2 weeks my semester exams will get over.
I can work during the holidays for site creation.
How about that?

Bombay are doing this. It's really a pain for the webmaster to manage
the contents this way. Are we looking out for more volunteers or the
existing webmaster(s) can do it?
Yes. We need some volunteers. Presently Dosai is trying to keeping it
alive. If possible someone can develope the site in off line and
upload it in single short.
