[Ilugc] Regarding ILUGC website!

  Seems like that is a better suggestion.  Do you have any specific
  WikiCMS in mind, that best suits a LUG?
MediaWiki (http://freshmeat.net/projects/mediawiki/) is currently
far ahead of the others in terms of features and ease of editing.
