[Ilugc] Regarding ILUGC website!

Why not try something like postnuke ??

It would make life for the administrator very very easy
There is nothing wrong in going in for a CMS

We can add or remove modules later
There are several sites which are using PHP nuke

They have far far far more increased functionality including poll
engines, SMS engines, address books, comments, email interfaces, wiki
etc

  As said by Arvind, it should also be better to go for something like
  Wiki, though there is a little about the funtionality (like that in
  Postnuke) with WikiCMS.
