[Ilugc] Regarding ILUGC website!

Yes, thanks for the link, Arvind! MediaWiki sure has an amazing
featureset! I've only used MoinMoin.

My only concern with the Wiki is that someone has to keep a watch
ocassionally and make sure vandals (if any) are banned. The content
also needs to be watched so nothing egregious is said or nothing with
a strong personal bias.
