Sam,

        There are many variables associated with picking a material:

1.  Dielectric Constant.
2.  Frequency.
3.  Edge rate.
4.  Layer count.
5.  Stackup.
6.  Copper weight.
7.  Impedance. Microstrip or stripline high speed signals.
8.  Line width.
9.  Rework.
10. Thermal.

        Do you know some of these? If so, I can suggest materials.
