Hi, at my last company we did build our symbols with a route keepout on NPTH
to control this issue. And I did not find a property on the pin that would have shut down
the DRC check. But what I did find is that while in the slide command if you have bubble
turned on it tries to clear the drill hole size, plus the DRC clearance as I thought should
happen. But if it's turned off it will let you drop it down encroaching the hole without an DRC marker.

  I am beginning to see traces to NPTH that are not being flagged as DRC's
until the trace violates the setting for line to pad.
As we have designed most of our NPTH padstacks, pad size well under the
drill hole size we have found only through a visual inspection that we are
encroaching the drilled area.
Is there a parameter that needs to be set that I have over looked ?
