Negative 30 says excellent. I've received a negative 29. That is as low as
I've gotten to negative zero.

I can't tell you what it says if it is 45. I can tell you that a negative 41
shows up as Excellent.

what does the status say if it's 45? I would love to know what podcast this
was on because it seems quite resonable to me. I have a number of wireless
networks around and the numbers make no sense to me at all, for instance,
the fartherest awy have numbers more in the negative range say -70 than mine
-45.

When I check my Braille+ and it says -30, I receive a reading of excellent
according to the status menyu. There is also a podcast that points this out.
I don't remember if the podcast is on Level Star or another podcast.

I won't argue this with you but I was told that if my connection was -45, it
was weaker than 70 by technical support.

Actually, the closer the connection is to negative zero, the better it is.
So a negative 30 is a much better connection to a negative 75.

as I understand it, -75 is actually better than -30.

Subject: [icon-discuss] E-mail error

Hi all,

I am trying to help someone set up there new Braille Plus to send and
receive e-mail. The receive works fine, but when trying to send we get the
following error.

smtp auth not supported by server

We have the settings the same as their other wireless device, so we can
not figure out the problem. Also another concern is the connection is never

better than -75 but the other device connects at around -30 to -40.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix the e-mail error? Or to improve the

signal?

  Thanks,
  Kurt
