Easy, go to the JAWS help menu, and select startup wizard. Keep
hitting next. I think it's in the fourth window, check the box that
says use virtual ribbon menus.
In your defense I didn't know about it until recently when someone
else told me it was possible.

I do use JAWS. How can you disable ribbons question currently I bought
little add-on tool programs that kind of give you back the old toolbar.
Thanks for any help,

Allan, if you're using JAWS you can disable ribbons.

i am trying to but so far i hadn't gotten weapons balances set
properly so far i am just experimenting with different features to
determine what direction i should go On 5/22/2015 1:30 PM, Allan Thompson
So that works then? What about using damage types to distinguish
between different splash attacks? I don't know if that would work,
but it would be neat to find out if it did, grin.
Are you making a map pack too?

Subject: [ian-reeds-games] idea for blocking splash from skills
i have a idea for maybe having a way to block splash from skills by
use of terrain like for instence if i had a bomb that explodes
destroying anything around the bomb for a 3 tile radius but if the
bomb is next to a wall and a unit is behind that wall the unit will
be protected by the wall due to the wall blocking the splash a course
this will cause a problem with other splash skills that create splash
damage through other mediums like earthquakes or emps or psychic
splash and etceffects
