allon my issue with skydrive is you need a windowslive account to use it.
and download managers like getright can't be used.
A share for maps would be good though.

I went to their website and it said that the free account had 20gb allowance, while the paid had 200gb allowance. I think there is a way to share dropbox without the links, would that make a diffrence? It would mean everyone would would have to have drop box to get the updates quickly. I do have a send space account, but then I couldn't keep the same link, meaning that every update would have to be put up manually.

Does skydrive allowdirect links without bandwidth cost?

dropbox has some public link limit it will eventually clear.
Its why others have gone to skydrive or sendspace or other stuff for
public links.
I share on dropbox  and have no isseu with it.
