I have a roll sizer, but was also wondering about case stretching & weakening 
the mouth.

Shane, did you happen to measure the length of the bad brass and compare it to 
an unfired case?

Double check that your sizing die didn't move out of adjustment. Sounds like 
the problem that Jordan was having
