[hsa] 9mm reload - running into some brass even after sizing, the bullet is dropping half way into case.....

Anyone else running into brass where bullet is loose in case? I have
found about 4-7 9mm brass cases where the bullet is loose in the case
- I am finding them when I box them and eye ball the height of all of
the rounds in the box... What I am finding is the bullet is so loose
in the case that I can actually move the bullet with little to no
effort in the case.
Wondering if a have a few well used 9mm MAJOR cases???!!!!
