Update... So I did some testing last night with 2 cases
- Different headstamps (one S&B and one Winchester)
- both cases, I CAREFULLY removed primer and resized - After
resizing, I tried placing bullet in case and would not fix as I
expected. - I then belled the case with powder funnel - when I placed
bullet in base it was really loose and "dropped" into case.
I am thinking I have some brass that is WELL used from us 9mm open
folks. I was not even using these cases for my 9mm open, I was loading
regular 9mm...

NT brass uses smaller primers, and screws up your reloading. It does
not affect case dimensions one iota.

Possible that Non Toxic (NT on head stamp) any different from
standard 9s?

Did you mic the bullets by any chance and make sure they are what
theyre supposed to be?
