Ok the water has been off way past scheduled time this is asinine. This is
affecting the entire community and the residents should be credited a
portion of their HOA dues since we don’t have access to water.

Hi,
The 700 building doesn’t have water.
Does anyone know what’s going on?
If a repair I understand but would like an ETA of when it will be back on.
Thank you,
Rebecca

I've personally spoken to Zurn and have confirmed this should not be
happening. Every building should have a shutoff valve. HOA made a decision
a while back to not replace faulty valves. Now anytime anyone in the
complex has a water issue, everyone has a water issue. All are affected
when any unit has repairs There is an easy solution. If someone listens.

Why are there recurring repairs for plymbing?
Its causing my water to come out in bursts.
Do I need to have my plumbing checked?

Dear Highland Residents,
Good afternoon!
The water shut off that was rescheduled on Monday will take place on this
Thursday, Dec 20th, between the hours of 9am-12pm. This is an urgent
repair – the unit does not currently have the water on due to a valve
issue.
Please note, outside of an emergency, no water shut off may take place
during the week of a holiday for the remainder of the year as many of our
homeowners are hosting, cooking, and celebrating the holidays.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
