Dear Highland Residents,

Good afternoon!

The water shut off that was rescheduled on Monday will take place on this 
Thursday, Dec 20th, between the hours of 9am-12pm. This is an urgent repair - 
the unit does not currently have the water on due to a valve issue.

Please note, outside of an emergency, no water shut off may take place during 
the week of a holiday for the remainder of the year as many of our homeowners 
are hosting, cooking, and celebrating the holidays.
