And to the answer the question about disposal of the rodents, we have
contracted with an exterminator for catching and collecting them. The poison
will be necessary to get rid of them so please keep your pets away from the
dumpster area.

What was the cause for the trash build-up?
Was the dumpster not working properly?
How can we prevent from happening in the future and who will be picking up
amd disposing of the dead rats?

As an FYI, we now see in true numbers what has been here all along hiding, as
a result from not properly disposing of our garbage, piling bags on the
ground and in the recycling area. Please be vigilant from this point on as
the earlier email and note request. It’s a process getting rid of all these
rats they’ve been here for quite a while. The reason they are so visible
today, their food is gone and they are searching for it according to the
Orkin man. The next step is some pretty serious poison placed strategically
so please keep all pets on the leash were not responsible for any casualties.
Everyone has to be responsible in order to maintain what we are striving for,
clean surroundings.
Thank you for your cooperation!

Subject: [highland-discuss] Dumpster Area/Rodents
Hi All,
I am sending this on behalf of Kyle Mann:
"Hello all:
We have a huge rat population on the move after cleaning things up and
removing their food sources. Please keep your garage doors down and report
any rodents you notice around your unit. The extermination will begin
tomorrow resulting in dead rodents around, no way of knowing exactly where.
So please send an email if you see any around your unit.
Thanks!
KM"
