Why can"t the entire dumpster (old one) be removed altogether (and dispised
of) since we have a new one were using?
Wont this help so that the entire area can be cleaned thoroughly and
aggressively exterminated?
Additionally, what about the bushes in the area arpund the dumpster? Should
they be cut down for more visibility?
Im concerned if this is now a health issue. Rats breed diseases - should the
health department be contacted?
I didnt even realize this situation was going on for a year.
