Between me and my wife, we're at the garbage/recycling area every day, and
it's a new mess out there every day. Sometimes multiple times a day. I
can't even count how many times I've picked up garbage/recycling on the
ground. But if you don't care, you don't care, and there's nothing we can
do about those people. Unfortunately, the residents that are irresponsible
are ruining it for the rest of us.
On another note, the recycling bin that's missing a lid needs to be
removed. That's another open source for for rodents.
