It is the icon for the Haiku3D app, and like all other icons, is
released under the MIT licence. So you are free to use it for any
purpose.
I'm not sure who owns the copyright, however. It was apparently added to
the Haiku repo by Alexandre Deckner and then tweaked by Stephan Aßmus,
so either they share the copyright or they transferred it to Haiku inc.
