Oops. That seems like a simple bug.

This would be pretty tough. Esp since it wouldn't be *just* open tracker.
This almost seems like it would have to be a filesystem thing - that the FS 
would
have to look at the encoded characters, decide that the filename should be
RTL and switch it around. Not impossible, as such, but certainly an R2 thing.
