Yes, I've gotten much further with BeOS PE with 5.0.1 and 5.0.3, devetools.zip and 'ld' from the Haiku web site. However, I think I still have some issues. Unfortunately I can't give the "gory details" right now since I don't have access to that machine from work right now. But, if I remember correctly... I've updated most of my targets (somewhere between 5000 and 6000), but there are still a half dozen or so (28 maybe??) that don't build.. This seem right? There is a "kernel" and a "kernel.so" in the objects area I believe. However, I get some error about not being able to create kernel.x86 because there is no kernel.x86.config (or something close to that). Is that supposed to happen? Regardless, I appreciate the feedback and am pretty dang close to have a workable environment! Gregory P.S. I will post the issues I have in more "detail" when I have access to my BeOS machine. Also, when I have a workable environment I'll try and clarify the steps I took for others... If not, please try that... >:o) Also, you need to call "configure" again in the base directory when you do that! Bye, Axel.
