[haiku-web] Auto URL aliases have become suck...

So, as several of us who edit pages on the website occasionally have
noticed - the logic used to generate the automatic URL aliases on the
new site is different.
Often times, someone will now edit a page, and the URL alias
automatically changes to something new.
I have been "combatting" this problem by creating URL redirects for
the old URLs, because it is very difficult to convince the module to
keep the old alias.
Just letting everyone know...
