I can create the Finnish i18n mailing list, if you want to.
This would be used mainly for localizing Haiku, I take it. Translating
the user guide requires at least two people planning to actively work
on it and a style and terminology guide.
If you (or anyone else) would like to tackle the user guide in the
future, please bring it up on the haiku-doc mailing list.
