I already use a display that is "above FullHD" on Haiku all the
time... I don't see how there's anything special involved there.

Now, if you're talking about changing the DPI of Haiku's app_server
drawing, that's a different situation of course.


I think he means the latter :)
Watching an OS designed for a ~100 DPI display (most of them) on a ~220 DPI one (MBP Retina) isn't going to be fun.
I would like to give it a try... does anyone know if VirtualBox or VMWare Fusion can run on HIDPI setting? So far I seen them just doubling the picture.
