I feel a one or two week slide might be warranted. Until we get the
alpha3 blockers fixed we can't really move forward anyways. Plus a
one or two week slide will give the translators a few more days to get
caught up. Trac ticket 7203 seems like it is behind the failure of
the recently updated curl build to have not included support for SSL.
I switched to a Haiku build from a couple months ago and curl-7.21.4
built just fine and included openssl support. With current Haiku
builds this is failing. So I've marked #7286 as being blocked by
#7203, and bumped it up to blocker.
As for getting ready, I guess work could be started on the alpha3 wiki
pages, there's been a lot of changes since alpha2 and it would be nice
to have them summarized.
