A matter of personal opinion... :-)
Most of it is up to date, so there are only small changes needed. I do not use Wifi, but it looks like that part needs a review. 


I would like WebPositive to show the Welcome documentation for the
current locale language, in my case Swedish. Is that possible?
Yes, it should be. At the moment, the welcome page includes a script which loads the real welcome page (at the moment a possibly more current version off the web or off the disk, if networking is unavailable). Hopefully I don't confuse this with some other bookmarking tricks in the WebPositive package.
If that could be used to display a localized Welcome page, then it would be great! Maybe not necessary for the alpha, but for the beta/stable release.
