Does Haiku Inc. have any Bylaws?
In light of liability issues (i.e banning people, defamation, etc.)
regarding Haiku's Board of Directors, it would be a problem if there weren't
any, and a clause didn't exist for 'limits of liability for the Board of
Directors',
I think now would be a good time to draw them up if there aren't any, or if
there are, make them publicly available.

I've often wondered how long the terms are for directors, and how they're
elected.
