 Not having a programming expertise, I still think there may be a mess of
 simple arithmetic, divisions between numbers in decimal and hex formats.
 It may happen to work for 32GB of RAM but not for more.

 Better give up on Haiku and wait a few years until developers get their
 hands on machines with more RAM. Then, if it won't work for them, they'll
 have to fix it!
