Yes, no problem with improving the layout of the preferences.
It should be possible to instanciate a notification view in the preflet
and add all the notifications to a BGroupLayout + BScrollView.
However, BColumnListView could also be considered, with custom columns to
show all the info (icon, etc). It is interesting because it also provides
keyboard navigation and sorting.
Without giving it further thinking, I am undecided between the two
approaches. Reusing the existing notification view sounds simpler, so
maybe go with that and experiment a little?
