I would just fold the apps/categories by default (with the number of
notifications under in parentheses, if that is not already there). The
list of apps should be small enough to fit the screen, then you can open
them one at a time and handle the notifications inside.
If it grows past the screen height, maybe we will need to consider adding
a scrollbar?
