Sounds like you have a corrupt mPower install file.
Delete and redownload the mPower installation file.

to the main menu. I then try the same steps as above without the SDF reset
and I get the same file is being used by another program.
Please help me out and to make sure I'm going to go download the MPowerd
2013 file again.
