[gps-talkusers] Trouble Installing MPower 2013

Evening,
I have done the following and come up with a DLL error of another program is
using this file then all I can do is hit enter and get out.
I have done the following:
SDF reset, then Utility, A then PC card Enter a few times and it beeps comes
up with a couple of files already on the BrailleNote that are newer than the
one to install so I hit Escape then the DLL problems comes up.
At one point it said to do a JKL reset then a couple of resets then I'm back
to the main menu. I then try the same steps as above without the SDF reset
and I get the same file is being used by another program.
Please help me out and to make sure I'm going to go download the MPowerd
2013 file again.
