Hello Paul, most people don't have to download twice, but if you were
downloading at the same time of the initial release as 200 others and our
server is over in the UK well things are bound to get a little dicey from
time to time. Question did you download from Sendero Maps or directly from
the gosendero website?

Thank you Chris, I downloaded it again and all went well. Now for a
technical question.
I do a great deal of downloading from different sites and is Sendero special
as I seem to need to download programs twice before they install correctly,
I seem to remember this occurred last year also. Just wondering.

Sounds like you have a corrupt mPower install file.
Delete and redownload the mPower installation file.
