I've applied a modified version of your patch that (hopefully) loads the
channel's settings using load_settings() every time a channel object is
loaded, because the custom channel title didn't work here, too.
So, HTTP authentication, channel settings and the custom channel title
(editable in the channel dialog) should now work again :) Thanks for
helping getting this bug fixed =)
