Req 90: GMPI should allow for copy-protected plugins, but should show
preference for copy protection schemes that will allow metadata to be
accessed without requiring access rights.
Req 91: Any GMPI copy protection must be optional for all plugins.
Plugins which do not want copy protection must not be impacted.
