I am happy to send you the updated in the third, but not the last time Contents
(5 pages) of the GPS book in attachment and below for your discussion and
approval by your YES or NO within three days, until March 19, inclusively.

We will appreciate all your comments, suggestions and criticisms.
The book updated contents is a significant step forward compared to the
previous updating as you can see.
The main change in content - the change in priorities from war to peace. Now
the GPS book will begin with not war and with peace. This is the fundamental
change in the GPS architecture and its book.
War takes the first place in the world, in the minds of men, as shown by our
monitoring (www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=588). Peace will never be
established until it has become a priority of consciousness. So in the GPS it
put in the first place, in the beginning.
Now, in the GPS book elected methodology of peace presentation from its
theoretical center - SOCIONOME and SPHERECLASSES (spheral classes of harmony),
from the center to the periphery, from the logical conclusion to the practical
beginning, from the theoretical derivation to empirical and historical
justification, from the whole to the parts, from the knowledge of holistic
harmony of global peace to knowledge of harmony of its parts.
In connection with the scarcity of funding, the most of articles will be
reduced to 1-2 pages to reduce the book length from 400 pages to 200 pages. The
options to reduce the article(s) and its (their) discussion with the book
editor will be offered to co-author(s ) at the time. Now I cannot answer such a
question to anyone.
Each page of the article for me - it's about 3 hours editing it and 2 hours of
its translation into another language (Russian or English) . Reducing the book
to 200 pages is an abbreviation of my work with it on 1,000 hours , i.e. for
125 days or 4 months (if I will work seven days a week that I do all the 10
years in the GHA). This is a significant reduction of my work. I have no paid
assistants, and no money to pay for them, so I do not have in stock 4 months.
(Small donations are needed to pay for the work of statisticians and publishing
at the very least the minimum.) So I have to shorten the articles to publish
our book in time to the beginning of 2015.
Please, let me recommend to the book authors to print this updated contents to
actively and competently participate in the discussion of its chapters and
paragraphs to this year end.
