It looks like the automated georeferencing of pics is really easy *if* one
has 'tracks' to use. 

But unless I've overlooked something thus far (entirely possible), it
doesn't appear a user could manually create a 'waypoint' and input a
timestamp in the waypoint's properties. And repeat as often as desired and
*then* create an html image map.(??)
