Eshel should be paid each day that they are in chu"l- they should look up
the law and show proof to the employer. Rental car, gas, public
transportation should be paid as well. I am not sure about a snack or a
meal unless it is part of a business meeting.

Chevra,
This might sound a bit out of the ordinary and I think we've explored this
issue before, but a friend has asked me if anyone has had experience with
an organization refusing to reimburse business related expenses while
traveling. I'm not speaking about not paying for a plane ticket, but a
snack or lunch that you might purchase while you're on the road. Whether or
not you call it ESHEL or a per diem or just a plain 'ol expense budget what
advice would you give to someone who is experiencing this situation. Please
respond to the group since this is not my personal issue. TIA.
